Would anyone have any advice on a good mixture such as a protein mix or a recovery mixture for taking after a training session. There are plenty available so I hoping to get advice from anyone who has found one they were happy with. I will only read comments from established posters so if you are selling a product don't bother trying to flog or endorse it on this thread. Also, would someone mind reminding me why post training nutrition is so important. I know it is valuable for the immune system but I recall reading comments over the years about how a training session might be rendered useless if the proper steps are not followed after the session to cement the benefit so I would love to know why this is so and what I should be taking and when I should aim to take it to avoid not getting the full benefit from good exercise.
