Ford Focus EVAP purge valve

'02 Ford Focus, 1.6 Zetec. I have an error code up, P0443, and just want to confirm - when I ground the purge valve with a jumper (I have 12v) I should feel it close? Thanks.

Correct. The solenoid should click open.

What exactly is this part called? I dropped into a motor factors at the weekend and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about (wasn't in the Focus). Would I need to buy from a Ford parts dept.?
