Boardsies,
I have two rooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed) available to rent on Richmond Road in Drumcondra. The place is 10 minutes walk from St. Pats. College, but also very convenient for Dcu, Mater Dei, City Centre (5 mins walk to main bus routes) etc. The (2 story) apartment has been recently refurbished, is modern, comfortable, and very well appointed. The first people to see the rooms will rent them! PM me for further information regarding the rooms and the rest of the house
