You're chances of a reply will greatly improve if you say what company you're looking for feedback on. "sellyourhousefast.ie" doesn't exist.

no such thing as a fast sell. Pay for a daft ad, take decent photos and be mr personality for the viewings and then save your money than on lazy auctioneers.
Fast? drop your price to a ridiculous level...
