I'm working in clarehall shopping centre and i have an hour lunch break that i can take any time i want.
was wondering if there were any afternoon martial arts classes near clarehall that i could take at lunch time.
I see DefendU is very close but they don't seem to have afternoon classes.

Team ryano is only down the road too, both clubs would look after you.

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.

As Paul said above Team Ryano are 5 mins from you and they have good BJJ classes 3 mornings a week. You wont get a better bunch of lads to train with ether!! Drop in and ask for Andy Ryan.

I've trained with team ryano before but there classes are just a little too early for me at 11am.
I can take lunch anytime between 12pm and 5pm.
anywhere else close with afternoon classes?
