    I was in the Gendarran fields today. I had to stop and take a screenshot.:) The game is just so beautiful.

    Not so much a picturesque screenshot, but a nice thing I discovered while underwater. Was swimming along, saw some glowing balls, thought "Oh, cool, what are they?" and on further inspection it turned out to be a statue of Melandru underwater.

    CTRL Shift H. Press it again to turn it back on. Not entirely certain, but I think if you press CTRL Shift and Print Screen, it'll take a screenshot and automatically remove the UI as well.
