    Where does an employee stand on the following issues.
    • Not receiving a payslip and being paid by cheque.
    • Not given a set number of hours per week but being told that you are required to work with no notice.
      For example:
      Could be told 11pm tuesday night you are needed for 10am on wednesday morning.
    • Not allowed find another job within the same industry even though you're "part time".
    • Not contacted at all for days you are supposed to be working, and told not to make any plans on your days off as you need to be available. For example, usually work half day on thursdays, however sometimes will not receive any confirmation as to if i'm working or what time i'm needed at, thus sitting at home all day, in case i do have to go to work on short notice.
