    I grew this from a pack of mixed perennial seed . I would like to identify this plant . I am collecting seed to grow for other areas in the garden .
    It is about 30 to 36 inches tall and spread . It is in an exposed area so is very hardy to cold and wind .Thanks .

    Looks like centaurea montana.
    Anybody else agree?

    Yup, Cornflower, or as rje66 said, centurea montana
