Yep, for a private sale that's very ambitious imo. Take off the seat covers, take better pics and put it on donedeal, adverts is next to useless.

As above, and lose the floor mats, the air freshener and the stuff in the centre console too.

I was debating to take them off or not. Only reason to keep them on was so the next owner could get use out of them. Thanks for the advice though. Where should I be at price wise?

    7500 pricewise I would say.

Extend your marketing budget to €5 and place an ad on Donedeal, way more buyers :D

Absolutely, prepare the car as if it were to be viewed in a showroom, get rid of the seat covers, air freshness, personalised stickers or items in console or glovebox It is a very nice car. Whomever buys your car will be very pleased with it.

No way you are gonna get over 7k for a 08 1.6 diesel and especially a french one OP

Your wasting your time advertising it on adverts unless you want to swap it for someone else. Nobody there has any money and will only offer you their junk in part exchange. Put it up on donedeal, bigger audience there.

Total nonsense. The demand for small engined, 2008 onwards diesels is huge. And the French make some of the best diesel engines, always have done.

@OP, for the 1.6HDi engine frequent servicing is critical. If you have a proper service history then you should stress that. Ideally one of these should have been serviced with the correct oil every 10k miles or so.

Being a 3 door base model will restrict your customer base. 8750 is a bit ambitious, I'd pitch it at 8250 on donedeal for a while and see how it went. You can always drop another bit off the price afterwards if necessary. I wouldn't be taking 7000 for it yet. I got over 6000 for a 2007 P207 a month ago ... smaller car with higher miles than yours, and 2007 not 2008 so didn't have the magic 160 euro tax.
