    Hi all,

Our little bundle of mischief has taken to playing games on the iphone (with us.. she isnt just left to entertain herself :) )

She's using the TG4 Cula Caint one a lot, along with fisher price apps and Curious George. All of them are relatively educational.

Has anyone got any good recommendations for apps that would suit that age?

Our guys love Talking Tom aswell but hubbie had to take it off on the Iphone, there was adult chat line and horoscopes that kept coming u and kids would hit them by accident and he got scalded a couple of times on bill. He put phone on aeroplane mode now when they are using the Iphone.

Go into the app store and hit top 25 in kids and some good one's come up, all free aswell.

Love that tg4 cula caint one.

Our 18 month old's current favourite is Balloon Baby School. She even says the numbers as she pops them now. WoooT!

    She also likes:
    My Horse

talking Gina (like talking tom, but more polite)

    Alphababy Free

Let's dance autodance, but she just plays the silly videos of her, me and daddy dancing like loons on it.

Chinese baby school- the piano and drums section mostly.

Plants vs zombies, the zen garden she collects all the coins.

Skeleton Pro III. Likes to zoom arnd the skeleton parts and make him spin.

Angry birds, but just the intro song bit she dances to.

And babyTV pokoyo? I think that is what it's called. A few free 5 minute episodes of some cartoon narrated by stephen fry.

Wow... That makes it look like we play it all day. We let her use the ipad in our bed on saturday mornings while we try to snooze on a bit.

My baby is only 7 weeks old but the Rhymes app looks great for older babies - its the classic nursery rhymes made interactive. There is also an Alice on the iPad app, again for slightly older kids that would enjoy the stories/pictures
