    Hi there,

as above. I have an old honda civic. I just want to improve the sound a tiny bit (an of course want to keep the cost wayyyy down). I dont want a big box in my boot. I have one of these at home and was thinking I could use this? Just something to take the bass away from the door speakers.

I cant tell if there is an amplifier installed in this subwoofer.
I believe I would need some kind of power adapter.

I would really appreciate any ideas?

Technically you may be able to depending on the inputs/outputs of the sub and your headunit but in short its likely to be far more hassle than its worth.
