Right guys I have one for ye. Road safety promotion, any ideas surrounding it of events/lagre and small or things to do to promote it??

Get onto your local fire station and ask them to give a demonstration. They usually source a scrap car and cut it up using the jaws of life. There was a guy travelling around from school to school a few years back giving demonstrations on how to wear seat belts correctly etc.
