Is anyone else experiencing a UPC TV Fault - in the south-side? My mother is missing her Saturday night telly and the help-desk wasn't very informative.

    What kind of a fault?

We have a new UPC service installed and it says that there is no signal being received on just one of our boxes.

    Thanks
"Error 107. check cable connections" Last time this happened it was some network error that the help-desk weren't aware of. The problem only lasted a few hours. No such luck this time - 20 hours later. An engineer won't be available until Tuesday!
