Ebookers, Same rights as booking with airline?

    Just seen my flights will be 50 euro cheaper using ebookers. However it's a connecting flight so with the flight I have the problem of missing the connecting flight with delays etc..... ANyhow will I have the same rights as if I book with Lufthansa? Ie-T

    Dublin to Frankfurt plane delayed which means I miss the next plane, will I be covered to fly on the next available flight from ebookers?

    EDIT: Got the answer from Live Chat on Ebookers.

    They said I'll have the same.

    Yes, you do. However, if something happens before the flight (ie schedule change etc) you end up having to deal with the travel agency rather than the airline directly), as the airline can't touch the ticket until the day of departure. 95% of the time this isn't an issue but unless the savings are very large I tend to book directly with the airline, so that in the event of a problem I can deal directly with them to resolve the issue.
