    Hi there,

I have been claiming JSA for 6 months now, I'm only getting €168 due to my partners income €300 gross per week.(we were means tested)

I have applied for a full time FAS course due to commence in Feb next year.

I have been offered a part time (22 hour/week-spread over 2 or 3 days per week- each week with vary) job, until December.

Having spoken to FAS, they said i can remain on the list, once i am still in receipt of a social welfare payment.

My question- to anyone who may help...will i still be entitled to any sw payment? My expected income from working is €190 gross per week.

Many thanks to anyone who replies, i'm very much confused at the moment.
