Cleats

At the SKT 100 i had to get off and walk up the hill before the foodstop. When i trew my shoes in the car after i noticed the front screw an washer missing from the cleat on my right shoe but was too shattered to really care at the time.
Went for a spin today and tightened the 2 remaining screws in that cleat. But the front 'ancor' that clicks into the pedals is cracked an has a chunk of bout 1/3 missing. It still clicked in so off i went.
Later on my cycle, i stopped for a few mins and when i went to take off the right shoe wouldnt clip in and i did the stationary falling thing
The shoe then kept slipping out for remainder of the spin.
Now, to get to the point, other than more training so i dont have to walk up hills

Can you buy cleats seperatly or is it cleats and pedals toghether?0
