my daughter has gone into 6th class, but in her room there is also 5th and 4th class.i am worried that the standard of work will be structured to suit the lower class and that she will not be properly prepared for the entrance exam for secondary school.has anyone had this problem before?

Every class, whether a straight 6th or a class with multiple grades will have students of different abilty. A class is no longer taught as one average abilty unit, the curriculum is differentiated to suit many different abilities. The fact that your child is in a multiclass situation will mean they are well used to working in groups and independently already, so there should be no issue.
