Wearing orthotics in sprint spikes

Hey guys, any suggestions on a type of sprint spike that allows orthotics to fit into them well? Whenever I begin sprinting, on the straight or up a hill, my heel always pops out of the shoe. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I was always told that wearing orthotics in sprinting spikes wasn't of any benefit because when you sprint you should be on your toes so there's nothing a orthotic can do for you...
