I am due to fly to London tomorrow morning, first thing with Ryanair and on checking in now have just realised that part of my surname is missing from the booking. eg : if the name is Michael O Malley, the print out just reads Michael Malley. Will I be able to fly with this. I am coming back via Gatwick and they seem to be very consistent with their checks.

Is it possible to contact them before the morning?

You could get away with it, just depends on who you meet at the gate.

You should be fine, happened to me a few years ago except the spelling mistake was much much worse, spelt Therese, "threre", they barely even looked at the boarding card, as long as it beeped at security, they didn't mind. You're is just a slight difference, just say that that's the name you are also known as if they question it.

Just to let people know. I decided not to risk it and went up to the ticket desk before my flight and explained my situation. The person behind the desk was very understanding and put a note on each of my boarding cards and stamped each with the Ryanair stamp. Cost me nothing and I flew without an issue.
