paying custom charges twice

    hi,two months i bought tablet pcc from china for 100 usd.it was shipped with ups.i had to pay to ups courier 45 euro custom charges
    after week of use it stopped working and i sent it back to china for repair.
    they repaired it and sent it back to me.today i recieved letter from revenue that my tablet is on hold in customs and i will be charged import taxes
    but i already paid 45 euro import taxes,when recieved it first time!

    just contact them and explain the situation and show them any proof you have that you sent the same item back for repair.

    You should not have to pay twice as the goods are secondhand.
    Sorry to say, you can not trust the customs services to know what they are doing. I had to claim back some outragous customs charges from the US. They paid up without a word of apology.
