Screen click 2 week trial cancellation

    I joined screenclick 2 weeks ago through fat cheese. The 2 week trial ends tonight.
    I can't seem to cancel the account on line.
    It gives a number which cuts off after saying customer service reps will be with me in a minute and gives a support email address. And the live chat option is also unavailable ?!!

    Found the below on the FAQ
    How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription up to 5 working days before your expiry date but you must have completed your cancellation as per the terms and conditions prior to your expiry date to prevent being billed a further months subscription.
    To cancel you must log in, go to "My Account" then follow the instructions on screen in the "Account Details" section.

    If that doesn't work send them an email at least you can proof you tried to cancel it.
