Amazon App Store?

So this has been released in the UK and other European countries. Has anyone tried it from Ireland? Does it work? Edit: I would try it myself but I have a US account set up on my Amazon App store and can't figure out how to log out.

Also have a US account meself.

Wondering if this expanding will be to open the new Kindle tablet to a wider audience to rival the Nexus 7.

There are rumors about the Kindle Fire EX Plus Alpha 2 alright. More competition on the Premium Cheap Tablet Market can only be good.
