Urgent! DIFE registration fee payment

I have been offered a place in DIFE and was told by phone yesterday to pay the registration fee online by monday before registration in college, but everytime I go onto the website and click on the pay fees section it brings me to enrol.ie and when I log in there is nothing on it that says pay fees, does anyone know how do…

Also if I pay the registration fee can I get it back if I don't attend? I am waiting for results from another course and they are not out till the 20th Sept and if I pass them I will be able to progress onto the next stage of that course and won't be attending dife.
I applied to dife as back up because the exam I have done it was a repeat and I was afraid if I failed again I would end up being on the dole for another year
