Whats the quickest way to get from harolds cross to UCD using public transport? Is harolds cross too far away for UCD students?

Quickest way is to cycle it from Harold's Cross. The 17 bus which goes through Terenure ends up at UCD but it'd be a bit of a walk.

I'd personally go nearer UCD and nearer better transport facilities (i.e. near the N11, on the DART line, or just near UCD).

Thanks Donal. How long would it take to cycle? And is the walk to Terenure more than 15 mins?

Harold's cross if you're going by Estate Agent speak is a very wide area, if you have an address in mind use google maps to see how long it would take you to get to Terenure Cross-Roads, the 17 stop is outside the Syangogue.

Personally I wouldn't think it would be much more than 15 minutes and could be as little as 10. 17 would be the way to go but if you want to check other options such as going through the city centre see here

but make sure to check the times you're inputting.
