    So ...

    Whats the deal with the top half of the facebook chat?

    When i search for an answer i can never seem to word it right , so i can never get a decent answer...

    So whats the deal?
    People are popping up to the top half like a little while after i post photos?
    Is it creepers or just facebook trying to get me to talk to people i havent spoke to in a while? :O

    I assume you mean the half above "More Friends"?

    From what I can tell, it's just a mix of a few random friends who are currently online, as well as the friends you interact with most regardless of whether they're online or not.
