eRecovery on Acer Extensa 5620Z

    Hi Folks
    Can anyone help?.
    I have an Acer Extensa 5620Z in which h/d failed. I have a 2nd in which h/d seems ok, but someone passworded eRecovery with p/w which is unknown but a hint "nike1008" is given. Any ideas.

    Failing this does anyone know where I could get a recovery cd/dvd.
    Ive tried Acer.com but when I put in S/N or SNID it says that its incorrect.
    Or does anyone have contact number for Acer Support
