Robin Williams is developing a new TV show for CBS with David E Kelly,

its gonna be about a father daughter working together in an advertising agency, sounds interesting, be great to see Williams on a weekly basis, loved he appearance on Louie a few weeks back

During Robin Williams' career he went from being mad funny to being just mad, with a bit of creepiness thrown in for good measure.

Quite true - he was pretty mad and pretty creepy as Sy Parrish in One Hour Photo.

No, the baldy guy was called Fred, Mindy's boss iirc. The landlord was more exotically monickered.
