Flight Booking & First Name Issue - Help

    I'm traveling abroad next with work.

    I'm known by the middle name on my birth cert i.e. my birth cert has me down as "John Phelim Young" but I'm not called John but Phelim!!!

    My passport quotes my full birth certificate name, as above. Work have booked me under the name of "Phelim Young".

    Will this be an issue when I go to check in and board etc... I'm flying with SAS to Copenhagen?

    You will probably need to contact the airline and provide them with Passport details, however as they are just missing your first name then they should probably be ok. I spelled my own name wrong a few months ago having booked tickets to Asia whilst drunk :o I know lol! :pac: I rang up the airline and they just paired my passport details to the booking.
