Just wondering if anyone here ran this last year, how they found it, and what kind of level of runner were taking part.

I was planning on doing the Rathfarnam 5K the next day but I won't be around for it.

We did it last year - the course was flat and there were all levels of ability present. We enjoyed it and we got a small bag with water, banana, crisps at the end

Anyone know if this is run on road/track/grass?

Last year was *mainly* on the paths around the grounds. Some were earth and i think we did have small sections of grass around 2.5k because of building works. The finish was also on grass
