That's some special treadmill too - I was amused he was starting off on what looked like a 53*16/17 - it was an interesting one to watch.

i enjoyed it, pretty new to road cycling and found the insight into a race team pretty good, for those of us who will never get near a race it's interesting to see the level of preparation, especially cav pulling out of the race cause he had nothing left, you get used to thinking these guys are just able to ride for hours naturally and it's nice to see its all about training with these guys too

People think the Tour was boring and Sky were boring, but ths Vuelta is just as bad the other way, a Grand tour should offer variety, not over do the TT's per Le Tour, not underdo them per the Vuelta, and not overdo the hilltop finishes. All these finishes on super steep ramps are a joke.

The Tour was as unbalanced in one direction as this Vuelta is in the other, and neither make for good Grand Tours.

I thought episode 1 was just okay, but 2 and 3 were very interesting IMO. I loved seeing everything they are trying and this idea of a minimal gain of absolutely everything they do.

It was great to see things from the point of view of the domestique last night. I would have liked to see more of Paris-Roubaix though

    Next week looks good.
Showed a clip of when Froome pulled away from Wiggins on that mountain ascent during the tour.
Dropped jaws in the team car followed by "What the hell's he doing??" and Sean Yates on the radio going "Froomey...GET BACK!" :pac:

    Next week does look good.
Until last night, I knew nothing about the Paris-roubaix, its some race, and our own Sean Kelly won it twice. Looks like its very hard going for the riders and their bikes. Would they make many modification to the bikes to deal with the cobbles?
