Tickets.ie woes

    Hi,

    I went to log into my tickets.ie account there to print off my tickets for the match on Sunday, because I couldn't find the email. But the match tickets weren't in "My Orders" despite the fact the money had been taken from my account on the day.

    Contacted them but no-one will be there until morning. Hopefully it's just a minor problem because I had good tickets...

    Has anyone ever had a similar problem like this before?

    Did you manage to contact them OP?

    That's very very strange that they don't appear in 'My Orders'.
    Why can't you find the email? Did you delete it?

    If you don't get it sorted tomorrow just go to the ticket office across from Gills pub on Sunday with a copy of the confirmation e-mail and they will print you off your tickets

    Hey!

    Thanks for the posts! I did get it sorted! I had got it sent to my work email account and the spam filters intercepted it, and we can't look at our spam!

    But still doesn't explain why it wasn't in My Orders...

    Anyway, was talking to them and got it sorted! :) Now roll on the match!! :)
