Hi, I was told when you're first getting your ear pierced you cannot put in white gold, sterling silver, diamond etc studs, until 6 weeks after it. That is kind of annoying :(

What happens if you do put them in? surely it can't be that bad?

    Thanks for any help

    gold, cubic zirconia?

The ones you mentioned seem harder to find, and look pretty plain/crappy?

The person who pierces your ear in a reputable studio will most likely use titanium. It has to be left in for 6/8 weeks until its healed. Then you can change it to whatever you like providing its healed properly.
