Any idea of network running costs?

Hi

As an office manager I've been tasked with establishing the cost of running our ICT systems? The following is a list of office equipment that is currently in place (that my limited knowledge knows about ):

10 PCs (mix of brands, all with flatscreen monitors)
1 Server
router/switch
4 ipads
4 smartphones

Could someone point me in the right direction where I could find out a possible running cost or if there is a service provider that could do this for me?

I'm just looking for a month on month cost of the energy usage of the equipment in the office against our electricity bill. The ongoing license, insurance and depreciation costs are not what I'm after......but thanks for that as its put a few more questions in my head
