feeding ewe lambs?

    picked few ewe lambs...will shear..some of them are a bit on the light side..37/38...would feeding them give them the growth for mating this year or will just get fat?

    I weighed mine today, average 42kg, would hope that they put on 1kg week on grass until end oct, I probably would feed .5kg meal/day if they were 37kg
