    Hi,
    I tried to set my verified by via password yesterday but was unable to use non-alphanumeric characters such as £%$. Can you confirm what is the BOI verified by via password policy.
    Min and Max password length.
    Allowed characters (uppercase? lowercase?, numbers, other characters?)
    etc etc.

    Hi bold defender,

    We contacted our Verified by Visa team and they informed us that special characters can be used. Your password needs to have a minimum of 8 characters, with a maximum of 15. It requires at least one number and one letter, and can have upper and/or lower case letters.
