Moving to Ireland - Adult Children

Hi. I hope I'm posting this in the right area, but if not, please let me know where it should be.

I'm an American who's been offered a job by a company in Citywest. They've already applied for the Green Card Permit, and it should be in-hand soon, with any luck. My only concern is: I have two daughters who want to come with my wife and I. One is 18 and one is 21. From my understanding, they need a Stamp (1, 2, 3, 4 - not sure which), but for me to actually move there, I'd need to be confident that our daughters would be able to stay/live with us there. They live with us currently, and would continue to do so in Ireland and we would be their primary source of support. They'd both like to attend college there and/or get some sort of jobs. My biggest question is: Would they be able to stay with us for more than 3 or 6 months? This is basically a deal-breaker for us...

I've spoken to the local Garda of where we plan to live, and they said it shouldn't be a problem, but I want to be as sure as possible...

I'd really appreciate any feedback someone might have.

    Thanks!

Ahh, at 18 and 21, I'm picking that they don't have any kind of occupation that would be in short supply in Europe, so there's no way they will get work-visas.

They may be able to get student visas (and that would allow them to work part time in any occupation).
I'm not sure what forum would know more about this. If anyone knows, report this post and I'll move the thread.

Be aware that they will have to pay non-EU fees for college here. Also, the college year has just started, so they're not going to get in this year.

The only other suggestion would be to talk to the HR section of your potential employer, to see if they have any "creative" ways of solving the problem - sometimes large companies can pull strings that aren't available to ordinary plebs.
