    Hi,

I have a problem with my website (it's loading slowly) and I'm just wondering if this is the right place to ask for advice? I have WordPress installed on Digiweb's Business Hosting plan (Windows).

    Thanks in advance.

    Places to start -

Plugins, can hang your system a bit - maybe disable a few non essencial and see what happens (real text book answer - sorry!)
Graphics overload? Look at the sizes
Try and compress your CSS and JS files (GZIP on apatche)
Have a look at the site "pingdom tools" - great to see whats going on behind the curtain.

If you want pm me the url - i'll gladly take a closer look

    C

Total noob reply, but don't you need the Linux package on Digiweb for Wordpress to function correctly?

May or may not be correct in that!

    Druss.
