Named driver insurance question

    My question is, If I have fully comp insurance on my car and the wife is on the policy as a named driver, generally speaking is she fully comp as well or only third party?

    Depends on the t&cs of your particular policy, but generally she'd have the same cover as the policyholder.

    Thanks, will have to check it out as she is driving it a fair bit on long runs, it's more than just occasional
