    does anyone have any information about this? on the website it says for FAS and VEC students, but after many lengthy phone calls apparently its only for VTOS and FAS students?
    can anyone who knows shed any light on this? I'm doing a beauty therapy course at a VEC college and will be getting BTEA. if i get CETS it would make a huge difference to me, but I'm getting no where and no body seems to know what their talking about:(

    Where you doing your course?
    Last year i started beauty therapy and im going into my 2nd year now next week.Like you I was in the same boat but got no help EVEN though other students in the same college was getting help with childcare but just because I was doing Beauty Therapy I didnt qualify for anything!It an absolute joke altogether!

    I'm doing it in limerick, going into my 2nd year aswel! It's very very annoying! Mainly because everyone I talk to says something different! I know a girl in my course got it last year but she's gone now and have no way of contacting her about it! So I know it can be done, but not how :s
