I have my PLC interview on Friday for a veterinary assistant in Ballinode community college in Sligo. I'm just wondering what to expect in this interview? There is huge demands for this course and i am really nervous about not getting in. I have alot of experience from growing up with animals to working on farms and doing work experience in a vets and on a stud farm, would this be enough to get me into the course?
What sort of questions should i expect?... Any help would be much appreciated.

Know a lot about the course. The subject on it, the work experience requirement and other things. This is a question they usually ask and is a good way to catch out people.

Well i know the course content, and i know the basis of the content, but how much detail would you be expected to know on each of the modules?

You dont need to know the modules in great detail, they will ask you what modules are on the course and which ones you are most interested in doing. And what you are thinking of doing after you finished the course. Have a few questions to ask them aswell it will show that your interested in the course.
