three.ie - broadband/internet

    I live in Newbridge and have had no broadband/internet access since late last Friday 24 August ... 4 days ago! Numerous frustrating telephone calls with socalled "technical support" at three have been unhelpful to say the least. I'm told it's due to congestion or an upgrade depending on who's answered my call. Tech support have no idea when the internet will be available again. Is it just me or is anyone else having the same problem? :mad:
