Samsung galaxy europa. forgot lock screen code and gmail account.

My girlfriend changed her lock screen code for some unknown reason and forgot it. She has now blocked the phone and it wants her to enter a google account address and password which she hasnt a clue about.

Is there any way to fix this? I googled it myself but any reset option didnt work for me.

Any help would be appreciated.

if you know the gmail account, why don't you reset the password via PC and then unlock!

try Screen Lock Bypass in the android market as well.

Do not know the google account which is the problem....

Do you know how to hard reset the phone?

Yeah factory reset the phone, then get her to create a new google account. This time don't forget the details.

Did she buy any apps? If you choose to not use the old account any saved contacts/apps will also be inaccessible.
