There's an FM relay on 89.9 to service Dublin city and part (or maybe it's all of) County.

It's just about at acceptable level on the outskirts of Dublin so i would say it's under the noise level in most parts of the city. Maybe it will improve when (if) the power is raised to what the transmitters are capable of.
