    Hi all. I've been trying to contact this office by phone for days with no luck, and this is not the first time. Has anybody ever known them to answer a call? I have a simple enquiry and cannot face waiting in there for over an hour.

    I called them a few weeks back and they picked up straight away. It was around this time when I called.

    Amazing! I just called the 8243615 number and very helpful man called Donal answered and explained that he is the floor manager there and hey presto! My problem has been sorted. That beats standing in queues any day!!
