Hi,

I am leaving Ireland to study abroad for a while, so the house my Dad and I live in has a 2 empty rooms.

Both rooms are furnished and the rent is all inclusive.

The house is in Crestwood, which has a bus-stop right outside the door, a shop 2 minutes away and Dunnes and Tesco 15 minutes away.

1 room is available only until the end of December.

The other room has 2 beds (one can be removed if you like, or 2 people can rent the room for €175 each). This room is available until June 2013, maybe longer.
