refund on fees if buyer returns item on ebay?

    Hi,

    i have accepted returns on my listings on ebay and i have had some back today but can i get a refund on my fees not huge but will add up anybody know? thanks

    Ye unmark the payment as received then open a upi staging the buyer sending item back for a refund

    thanks thats great help i tried to get it done but it seems to bring me to customer care do i need to email them info.

    Go to the items you want claim your fees back from, click resolve a problem from the drop down list and then select "I sold an item and want to cancel the transaction". And then you just wait for the buyer to agree to cancel the transaction and you get you fees back. And if the buyer doesn't cancel, you can cancel after 8 days from your side.
