Lanzarote cycling route and hire

    I have booked a holiday to Lanzarote and am planning to rent a road bike for the week

    Can anyone recommend some routes , like 50km to 100km from Costa Teguise

    I presume to roads are pretty decent and quiet.

    Also can anyone recommend a bike hire place , we'll be staying in the Sands Beach Resort
