Suzuki Jimny/Samurai Question

Hey guys. I'm applying for my full licence soon, and was looking at getting a car to work on and modify myself.
I'd love to get a Suzuki Jimny/Samurai and add big tires and lights and bull bars.
They have a 1.3 engine, and I'm pretty sure I can insure it as a commercial vehicle. Does anyone know roughly how much tax and insurance would cost?
I'll be 18 by the time I'll have my full licence.

    Any help is much appriciated!

It will be more expensive to tax it commercially, its 310 euro a year for insurance and 95 for the doe and cert. Unless its already commercially registered its defiantly not worth the hassle and costs to convert it. Plus they will ask to prove that its being used commercially.
