    Hi all,

Hoping to get a new bike on BTW soon, and had been thinking about the Defy 2 or trek 1.5 (as close to 1k as I can get with Tiagra).

LBS deals in Trek, Giant and Sensa among others, so I thought I'd look online at the sensa stuff.

    Been thinking about this one:
    http://www.sensabikes.com/product_info.php?cPath=4&products_id=475

Anyone got any opinions on it? Seems great value for the spec etc?

I was leaning towards the Defy 2 originally but I see the colour scheme for 2013 looks terrible, and the Treks seem a bit pricey.

This sensa looks the business though. Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Paul

    I was :)

Cool, do you mind me asking how much it set you back?

Hoping to keep it below the thousand but I realise you can customise them whatever way you want.

Also hows the sizing on them? I'm 6'2" and thinking of a 58cm?

I spent the maximum on the bike including all accessories, cleats, shoes, lights etc!
I'm the same height as yourself and yeah have 58". Was fitted well for it and am delighted with bike. Andy would sell snow to the Eskimos!

Nice one sounds good! By max you mean 1k for all that?

Your dead right about the selling but he is sound out though!

Your dead right about the selling but he is sound out though! Ah yeah, dead sound, great character but also great to deal with in the shop, couldn't meet better tbh. Best of luck with your purchase but you can't go wrong with the Sensa

If your going to spend the full 1k BTW on the bike then go for the Romagna Special with 105 groupset

Any reason for this? The trentino seems to be lighter? I know the 105 is better but is it worth choosing the heavier frame for it?

Sorry never spotted the 1kg difference in the two so yeah the tiagra trentino is probably the better bike in that case. I was basing my comment purely on getting the highest spec bike for the1k budget.
