[SIZE=+1][FONT=Times New Roman, Times, serif]About three days ago, I was given an acorn squash from someone's garden and am planning to make a veg curry for later this evening [carrots, sweet corn, peas, green beans and, of course, the usual onions and so forth]. Would it be okay to include the squash in that dish? I don't want to keep the it in my fridge too much long as I wouldn't want it to go off, but haven't a clue about how it might work in the curry. Any thoughts?
    TIA :)

It won't need that long to cook, add it towards the end otherwise it might just dissolve into mush.
